At a minimum the deck fills would need to be rebedded. However the installed pumpout fitting had to be replaced because it was badly coroded inside. So we decided to replace all four deck fill with cast stainless hardware.

In order to provide better drainage on the deck a small ring of 1/8" G-10 was CNC cut to provide a elevated mounting for the new deck fills. A router was used to remove molded gelcoat. After gluing the rings in place they were painted to match the deck.
