One of those nice to have/a pain in the ass items. I am not conviced that a bow thruster is that useful. Especially when they are natoriously unreliable. In any case Veritas it was installed by the second owner because dockage was difficult in San Farncisco Bay. Windy I suppose. However, it only worked intermittently. The problem was difficult to reproduce and, we found that replacement brushes were no longer available. So a new motor was purchased and installed.

This problem was only after we were back in the water. Lucky it was easy to fix without hauling out.
